Peace Art Project Cambodia: Turning Weapons into Art This organization, founded by an English small arms specialist and an English artist, helps young Cambodian artists to use "decommissioned weapons to create works of art. "It is a maternal instinct to protect your child to the very end."Katherine Smith, 22, died Thursday after luring Brady to her apartment to pick up a package supposedly delivered to the wrong address.
